Our Postage and Package charges for delivery within the UK Mainland are:
2nd Class Royal Mail: £3.35
1st Class Royal Mail: £3.95
Orders over £50 delivery is FREE (UK Mainland Only)
During checkout you will have the option to select which delivery option you would like (1st or 2nd class) when you pay P & P. Orders eligible for Free P & P (ie: over £50) are usually sent by Royal Mail 1st class, however we reserve the right to send by alternative method of our choice. This might be 2nd class, signed for, Parcelforce or courier depending on the weight/size and value of the parcel.
We also offer the option to "Combine Orders" - If you select this option we will hold the order safely here in our office and not ship it until we receive another order from you on which you do pay the P & P charge. This facility enables our customers to place a few smaller orders and have them combined and sent out in the same box, paying the P & P charge once. If more than 2 weeks passes and we have not received a further order or communication from you we may contact you to check the situation.
Our P & P charges are standard. No refunds will be considered when the "actual" Royal Mail costs are less than our P & P charge. Similarly, we will not ask you to pay extra when the "actual" Royal Mail cost is more than our P & P charge. Please remember that the cost of the pizza box, envelope, clear bag, tissue paper, labels etc is all included in the P & P charge.
Occasionally we may choose to use a courier to deliver your parcel. This is at our discretion and is usually for larger and heavier orders where a courier may offer a quicker delivery or better value than Royal Mail.
Gift Vouchers are excluded from the £50 total order amount required to qualify for Free Delivery.
The majority of orders are shipped the same day or the day after the order is placed and we aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days, as long as stock is available. In the event that stock is not available or any reason that your order is delayed we will contact you by email to let you know the situation. We do not normally ship orders at the weekend or on Bank Holidays (except at particularly busy times). Our normal shipping days are Monday-Friday.
Pre Orders - Sometimes we will take pre orders for certain collections. Please read the product information carefully with regards to when we are expecting stock to arrive. If pre order items and "in stock" items are ordered together, we will not split the order but send it all together when the pre ordered items arrived.
Whilst Lottie Loves Paper make every effort to ensure your purchase reaches you as quick as possible, we are not liable for any delay outside of our control caused by Royal Mail or any other delivery service. Please note that Royal Mail will not deem that a parcel is lost until 15 working days after the date of posting. In the event that your parcel has not arrived please contact us by email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know and discuss the situation.
Please do not ask us to write instructions for the delivery of your parcel (eg: leave with neighbour) as we are unable to do this. We are not responsible for parcels left outside, with neighbours or in sheds/porch/outbuildings or delivered to incorrect addresses or anywhere other than the address on the order. It is your responsibility to ensure you have provided the correct delivery address on your order. The delivery address cannot be changed after the order has been placed.

Lottie Loves Paper hope that you will be completely happy with your order, but if on receipt of your order you find that an item is unsuitable for any reason we will refund the item providing the following instructions have been followed. Within 7 days of receipt of the order, send an e mail to email@example.com to let us know you wish to return an item. After you have received a response from us by email, please return the item to us in the new, unopened, original packaging. The item must be returned to us in an "As New" condition and the postage and packing costs are your responsibility. Once we have received the item we will process the refund. We charge an £5 Admin fee for returned items that are not returned due to them being faulty. The admin fee will be deducted from the refund. You must obtain a proof of posting receipt from the post office when returning an item to us.
If the item is faulty it must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please e mail us as above and we will make arrangements with you for the return and refund of the item. The postage cost of returning a faulty item will be refunded.
